It’s no surprise Christina Lee Adams has taken the makeup world by storm, she’s never been one to fade into the background. Drawing inspiration at a very young age from color palettes and impressionism, Christina began experimenting with colors and creating beautiful works of art. It was a natural transition to makeup artistry, which was realized very early on. While most teenage girls are toiling between an undeclared major and which shade of nail polish to choose, Christina was already hard at work perfecting her craft.
With pigments as her medium, brushes as her tools, and the face as her canvas, Christina tells a story of beauty, energy, and unadulterated attitude. Her down to earth approach to connecting with her clients and her commitment to delivering the client’s vision pales only in comparison to her inherent natural ability.
Whether she’s on the set of a music video or in the privacy of a photographer’s studio, Christina’s work is as versatile as it is unique, with an injection of her own personal style, of course.
A graduate of Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry, her work has appeared in the tents at New York Fashion Week for designers such as Behnaz Sarafpour, Altuzarra, Tadashi Shoji and more. You have also seen her work on the runways in Miami and Palm Beach including shows such as Versace and Zac Posen, Palm Beach Illustrated, Atlantic Ave. Magazine, Vive Magazine, Steve Madden’s 2009 Fall and Spring Lookbooks, Catherine Malandrinos spring 2011 look book, and hundreds of Manhattan’s most seasoned makeup aficionados
